The school prepares its pupils for the Secondary School Certificate Examination (S.S.C) which the students appear for in Std. X. Being a Christian Minority Institute, preference in the admission to the school is given to Catholic children. Admission is however open to children of other communities without any distinction of caste or creed. The school stands for academic excellence, development of skills and character formation, based on the love of God and the service of mankind. The education imparted in St. Teresa’s Convent High School, aims at promoting the entire development of the child – spiritual and moral, physical, intellectual, aesthetic and cultural, as well as emotional and social development, so as to give the child a total integrated personality.
